I had Lari as my doula for my first child. She was available any time I needed and gave great advice in my third trimester that really pushed me thorough. Although my actual birth didn’t pan out like we had planned, she was still calm, present and helped my husband coach me through the process. She was also my voice and advocate to the medical staff when I needed it most. My husband and I cannot recommend her enough!

I absolutely recommend these services! I had Lari as my doula for my third baby and she was AMAZING. She made me feel as though I really could do anything and everything while I was in labor. She really took the time to get to know me, my strengths, my weaknesses, etc. to prepare me for labor and birth. Lari empowered me to really dig deep within myself and gave me the confidence and safe space to be able to really labor like I wanted to. She was such a strong advocate for me and was my voice in the moments I couldn’t speak.

Lari was our postpartum doula. She helped tremendously with my new mom anxiety. Her calm and gentle demeanor is just what you need after birthing a human. Lari has a wealth of knowledge about babies and anything related to giving birth. She has an amazing to-do attitude about her and we feel grateful to have had her in this time of monumental change.
