Each class is offered monthly in one of the following formats options:

  🟠 Schedule rotates monthly

  🚨 Group Class Minimum: 2 couples required

📌 If the minimum is not met, clients can choose to move to the next group class OR switch to private format.

 

🖥️ Private Virtual Classes

• Location: Online (Zoom link sent after registration)

   

• Choose ONE of the following times per month:

   

  • 1st Monday at 1:00 PM

     

  • 4th Monday at 1:00 PM

     

Available Classes & Durations:

• 🍼 Childbirth Education – up to 4 hours

   

• 🤱🏽 Breastfeeding – up to 2.5 hours

   

• 👶🏾 Newborn Baby Care – up to 3 hours

   

👥 Group In-Person Classes

• Location: (Location Name & Address will be sent after registration)

   

• *Must attend on the scheduled day(s). Childbirth is a 2-part class.
• Clients must attend both days to complete this course.

   

🍼 Childbirth Education (2-Part Series – up to 4 hours each)

• 2nd Friday at 4:00 PM

   

• 3rd Saturday at 2:00 PM

   

🤱🏽 Breastfeeding Class (Choose ONE – up to 2.5 hours)

• 1st Friday at 4:00 PM

   

• 2nd Saturday at 2:00 PM

   

• 3rd Saturday at 6:30 PM

   

• 4th Friday at 6:30 PM

   

👶🏾 Newborn Baby Care Class (Choose ONE – up to 3 hours)

• 1st Friday at 6:30 PM

   

• 2nd Saturday at 6:30 PM

   

• 3rd Saturday at 2:00 PM

   

• 4th Friday at 2:00 PM
